"The hotel location is great. We enjoyed staying there. However, I booked a double queen bed room, but at first I received a single Queen bed room. When I spoke with the staff, they finally gave me a double room with two double beds instead of queen beds. I hope they will fix this issue on the website, as it appears they do not have double queen beds."

"Enjoyed the contactless check-in/check-out process, made it very easy to make changes. The room I booked did not appear to be the one I received, but the check-in instructions indicated that that was a possibility. Room was extremely neat and tidy. Great location in East Village. At least 4 restaurants that I noticed on thw same block. Earplugs were provided for street noise, but I didn't need them. Overall a great stay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with.
