"Great location, great staff, shoutout to the best bellman in the business (i wish i caught his name but he was working 9/29 at 11am) comfortable bed and room, free bottled water. The extra living area was great so I could watch football in the bedroom while my toddler was sleeping. Minor hiccup at check-in but the staff was helpful and friendly to get it right quickly. Would definitely come back. "
"We checked in at almost midnight and had a swift easy experience- plus, we got a decaf latte to take up with us…much appreciated and much needed. Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Beds and linens were exceptional. Would stay here anytime!"
"Everything about the Broadway Plaza Hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room, great city view, snacks, coffee and water all included. Plus it was in a perfect spot for exploring. We were around the corner from Chelsea Flea for some great vintage shopping and surrounded by restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and i definitely hope to come back."
"Unique: each room has a literature theme (e.g., history, nature, business, even erotic literature!) which made it fun and a great conversation piece. The lounge with coffees, teas, waters, juices, fruits and snacks was super convenient (and essential given the room does not have coffee machine) and is also a nice library and lounge. Staff was helpful. The restaurant on the main floor was very good for breakfast and dining. "

"A wonderful property central to all the theaters, shopping, Times Square and subway stations. We especially liked Rick's Café which offered 24 hour coffee and snacks, and a nice continental breakfast every morning. We'll be back."

"Went as a couple and also had family book a second room so we could show them NYC. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and informative, with the wine hour a really nice touch. The rooms are well decorated, the beds very comfortable, and for the part of Manhattan the rooms are fairly quiet at night. We loved it so much we’ve already booked to go back!"

"While the room was small, it was very clean and well-appointed. The location of the hotel is great since it is walkable to theatres, but not right in the middle of the chaos. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful."
"My room wasn’t ready at 3 but the staff was wonderful and understanding plus there was a nice outside patio to wait. Great place to stay and super convenient to everything. "

"We had a very lovely stay. Everyone was so nice and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms were comfortable for very quiet. We will definitely be back. This was one of the nicest hotel experiences and really added to a very fun trip!!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
