"After a flight cancellation, ended up finding kixby at the last minute with no idea what to expect. I was more than happy with the choice. The staff was great with our late arrival, room was bigger than I expected and everything was clean. Loved the water station with sparkling water. Also I'd stayed in the area before so I loved the location (close enough to Times Square to be busy but not anytime crazy). Would definitely stay again."
"The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.
