"We had a fantastic stay at Grand Central Hotel New York! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Traveling with two children can sometimes be stressful, but everything felt easy and well organized. "The room was great. It is 100% worth staying here, the view from the room was amazing. Our 1 bedroom apt was located on the 20th floor. The bed was actually pretty small. They said it was a queen but it looks more like a full. It was a shame that we went during the coldest days of the year. We were not able to enjoy our balcony. The view from there was almost panoramic. We had views of the river and midtown. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant that is located on the 26th floor."

"The room was clean, spacious for two people, and very comfortable. Staff was very nice, amenities good, and the lounge area nice to relax in after a day out/pre-dinner. The location is also perfect, right next to Union Square - walkable to many good areas, but also right next to a subway station to get uptown easily. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely book again!"
