"Hotel is very clean. Pablo was amazing and made our stay worth it. Friendly service and suggestions for locations to eat were a good help. Only down fall is pictures are not clear I purchased room assuming patio was the view that is depicted on the site hoping to catch the fire works for the Fourth of July. Was told that roof top terrace is only for penthouse suite not general public. Balcony in room is just a window very small space not enough for a chair or two people to stand out on. ...

I love the location on the upper west side, near to the natural history museum and Central Park. Nice Matin offers nice meals throughout the day with a hotel discount. The price is half what the same room would be on the east side. They do not have valet parking but the parking lot they recommend gives a big discount if you are staying at the Lucerne. "
