"The pros: good location, the hotel is very nice and clean. The cons: the lights on my bathroom mirror did not work so it was pretty dark. First day, I tried to call down but no one answered the phone. Walked down and was told they would come fix. They never did. The bar closes at 11:00p and they open at 5:00p. I feel like those are very limited hours for a hotel bar! The hotel charges $35 a DAY for some sort of fee. They do give you that back in credit for food or bar (see above comment) but being in NY, I don’t imagine most people will eat at the hotel restaurant. So I lost a few of those days, especially because of the bar hours."
