"The hotel is now under major construction, which I was not notified about prior to my arrival. Check-in was a disaster as the internet kept going down so they couldn’t check me into a room. It took 3 hours to get them back up and running. All amenities were closed, halls were crowded with all of the swaps of old and new furniture. The room I had was very outdated & rundown, even the balcony chair(s) were missing. Staff offered me a free breakfast voucher, but a discount on the room is truly what should have been given. This is a Hilton property, but felt like an oversized motel. "

"Very quiet setting with a wonderful view! Close to Tampa attractions and restaurants. Only 30 min drive to Clearwater. Fit our needs, would definitely stay again. "

"We were disappointed in our stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which is a good thing, and our room had been recently renovated. It was pretty, but I felt like the designer hadn't though much about practicality. There was no chair, so we had to sit on the bed to do everything. The bathroom had a raised sink, leaving NO counter space. I doubt I would stay there again."

"Stayed one night so I didn't use all the amenities but it was clean, quiet, and the staff was courteous. That's all I need to enjoy a stay."
