"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "Eclectic decor, tall ceilings, stocked kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, and lobby amenities (ping pong, pool table, table shuffle board) made for a comfortable and welcoming stay!!! We loved that Peet's Coffee moved into their lobby. Another great "perk." Parking can make the stay a little more expensive - $25 per night in a garage down the street or metered street parking (free from 6 pm - 8 am). But this is the case with most city hotels. "

"We had to book here last minute to get out of a bad Airbnb situation, and Aloft was such a lifesaver. The hotel is so nice and its location is perfect for all your needs being in the midst of the middle. Our rooms were perfect, we especially loved the amazing toilet room and shower separation! The staff was polite every day, whether it was the same person or different employee. Free parking. Being in the midst of the mall, a spot near the door isn’t guaranteed, but you won’t be that...
