"My husband and I visit Pigeon Forge often with our family. Normally we stay at the same hotels, but we took a chance on this stay. From check in to check out we have zero complaints. Quick, EXTREMELY friendly check in and check out. Clean and spacious double queen room (bathroom is nice size). We were near the elevator and never heard anything outside of our room. Beds and pillows were top notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again soon! "

"Absolutely amazing!!!! We loved it and we are in our 40s. The slides were so fun and the pool! Very nice restaurants, candy shops, and coffee shop. Rooms were great and clean. Staff was super nice."

"The carpets in our room was very dirty. When we walked barefoot, our feet were black.the rooms were adequate and large.great beds.but in need of some upgrading and deep cleaning.The breakfast buffet needed more choices, maybe some pastries or bagels.it left alot to be desired. We ate their once and then went out to eat.the room staff brought fresh towels and emptied the trash.that was it.never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. And unfortunately and unbeknownst to us.There was a car show going on, and they were racing up and down the street all night long.It was horrible, we were awake.All the time at night.that was no fault of the motel the traffic was unbearable.You could not even get out to have something to eat.You would be waiting in traffic for hours."

"Rooms and public areas very good condition and spotless. Walk-in shower in room looked new and rain head nice. Didn't use pool area. Parking limited but I knew that as this was my third stay. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and even had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was over the top! Great variety of things to choose from and everything was so fresh. I would definitely choose this hotel again when in Pigeon Forge the next time. "
