"Location was great. The sofa and carpet was worn. The bathroom sink faucet had toothpaste splatters on the handles. There were dirty fingers prints on the white bathroom door. Other than these things the room was great an we enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to go out on the balcony and watch the river flow by. I would stay again just maybe check for a more updated room that had been cleaned properly. "

Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed.
