"The rooms are very clean and smelling fresh. The staff were all accomodating. Breakfast is great and they serve variable proteins daily. This place is highly recommnded. We’ll check-in here again once we come back. "

"Location was great. The sofa and carpet was worn. The bathroom sink faucet had toothpaste splatters on the handles. There were dirty fingers prints on the white bathroom door. Other than these things the room was great an we enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to go out on the balcony and watch the river flow by. I would stay again just maybe check for a more updated room that had been cleaned properly. "

"Nice location and it helped as my husband was very sick while we were there. I had to drive and the Teaster Back road helped me out with the traffic. The room was very clean, the view of the river nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, I never like the pillows and bring my own pillows from home. When we arrived no one was at the check in counter. We had to knock on the office door to get help. No smiles they acted like we had inconvenienced them to request help. We had a 4 pm check in time...

"The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early. "The location is amazing! Very convenient for old mill and trolley system. Breakfast was good we were in an older room and the only complaint was the phone did not work and the shower head was very short and the shower controller (on/off, hot/cold) was so low to the ground I had to use my feet to control it. "
