"While the room was clean and sufficient, and was updated in some ways, the property of hotel did not leave a good impression. The hotel looked very old and outdated. The elevator was super slow and filthy. The walkway was narrow and the balconies were almost impossible to sit on. If you had any leg length at all you would not have been able to sit in the chairs. Our view was of a dirty river behind the property. We appreciate the staffs attention when checking in and out. The hospitality area...

"I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

"Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality.
