"Great stay. Clean room. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs that were actually edible."

"Room was not cleaned throughout stay. changing of towels was very poor. Electric switches were not working and lighting was bordering on dangerous. Had to turn fridge off because of noise. Food often cold and not topped up regularly. Floor was often a mess where children were allowed to "help themselves" Non service animals were allowed in the eating area"

"Did not use the pool but area looked nice; clean room; staff was very nice and personable; everything was great! My husband and I always stay at this hotel when vacationing there. We really enjoy the balcony where we love to sit and watch the ducks, geese and their families, the evening crane, and the groundhogs! Also, we enjoy listening to the river and the scene surrounding it. I’m sure the fireplace is wonderful to watch but it’s always been warm when there! Oh, and the rate was great! "

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and...

"Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again."

"Sparkling clean rooms, heated pool, live music and s'mores every night. My kids loved the slushy machine in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower water that gets all over the bathroom floor because of the half door. Awesome place to stay!"

"Our room seemed to be very clean.....until my husband took off his shoes and walked across the room a few times. Later I noticed his socks were quite dirty. He put them on clean that morning and we knew it had to be the floor in the room. Also, the breakfast was not very good. The eggs were cold. The area to fix waffles was always full of kids making waffles. The people in the office were not very attentive at all. It was not awful, but we will not stay there again."

"Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. "The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient."
