"Breakfast needs an upgrade. Room was nice and shower was very good. Overall a good place to stay just plan to eat out."

"Friendly staff, easy check in. We stay about once a month when the Hard Rock casino is packed or has an event. The shuttle is convenient and it's nice having a clean safe place to come back to after an evening of fun"

"Skimpy breakfast and coffee not working. Room was clean and roomy . Good water pressure."

"It was a very clean hotel and the staff was very cordial"

"Would have been nice to know ahead of time there would be renovation happening and they say customer satisfaction guaranteed...what a laugh! I had asked for a little milk for the coffee instead of the flavored creamer and they were out of the half and half, and the whole milk was sitting right next to the receptionist ready to go for the buffet breakfast. She could have made my experience better to just to give me a splash of milk..."

"The elevator was not working and it looked like it had been out of order for a long time. The hotel did not present very well. Felt tired and needed a good clean and sprucing up. Worst part was walking into my room and finding a roach in the bathroom as soon as I got there. I checked in late so I didn’t feel like finding another hotel but I had to do a full search of the room before I could relax."
