"First impression-it's old and parts of it could use renovations-especially the bathrooms/toilets/shower/some of the outlets did not hold my plugin cord. Front desk clerk was very nice. The room, as far as the furniture and beds, were clean. Checked the mattresses and they were clean. The price was reasonable. Free fresh baked chocolate cookies and they were yummy. "4th Of July Weekend I Liked That Check In Was Quick And Simple. However Finding Mold On My Toilet Paper Is Something I Didnt Appreciate. Went To Show Front Office And The Gentleman Seemed Unbothered By It. All He Could Do Was Hand Me A New One With No Apology. Crazy. Cheap Amenities And Careless Staff."

"Located in a beautiful spot overlooking the beach. I loved the outdoor patio seats and taking in the picturesque view of the ocean. Hearing the ocean waves during sleep was the best. It was so wonderful!"

"I just stayed for one night. The room was clean. The was no lotion in the dispenser. Towels are way too small for adult use. The WiFi did not work in the evening."

"The continental breakfast was extremely limited. Not even worth going. We went out for breakfast instead. Other than that issue, the room was great, large, clean. Location was great."

"Every thing is ok but the room are really small and the windows are permanently closed so if you travel with a dog you can not open the door and the window its not really nice the location is perfect walking distance to the beach but the coffee is only black no cream no milk so gas station it’s good option to have some coffee with cream"

"The pool was drained, Firepit did not work. Within the room the smell of dog urine, no body soap, dirty table and the broken phone did not help matters not to mention the potential safety issue that could have. Horrible wifi, Mold in the tub and hair clogging the tub rounded out the stay. Paid alot of money to stay here and could not even use the fire pit. The location was great and the staff was helpful that was the positive about the stay."

"The room was great, the staff was delightedly helpful and breakfast was good. The only thing that I think could be improved is the landscaping and the look of it from the front. We were a little concerned when we drove up because it looks rather rundown and unkempt. Once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised at how helpful the gentleman at the desk was and how lovely our room was."

"The parking space was small. The rooms didn’t have no bar of soap to wash your hands. No tissues. It was okay. The staff when I checked in was nice. I couldn’t get the tv to work."

"Excellent location across from the beach. Rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. Continental breakfast is very basic. Overall not a bad experience but there are better options in Moonstone Beach."
