Hotel dekat Eastgate Mall

"good"

"Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. The lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating with all of our many questions. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The rooms are very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. We really didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities but we did check out the rooftop bar. Very nice. Since we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast opened, the hotel delivered a cold boxed meal to us the night before. Highly...

"Perfect location, clean room, very spacious and complete with laundry and kitchen even if we didn’t use them because we stayed only for one night."

"fun place to stay with good facilities"

"Good spot central excellent for Library and Convention center. Strange room layout but roomy enough Parking below was a great thing to offer. Staff very nice. So close to New Regent street which is abuzz with bars and pretty good restaurants, heads up to Gin Gin and Story!!!"

"The property was well maintained and the room was clean. However, the customer service on the reception desk needs improving."

"Super clean and smells good, spacious and quiet, convenient and helpful, friendly staff, will book again."

"This is a very central motel. We ended up with an upgrade because of a problem with the plumbing. The room is serviced everyday, the lady that came everyday was very helpful and efficient. It had a whole kitchen to use with everything you need to make a meal. There are some things that need some maintenance. It is a small space between the sink, toilet and bathtub. The toilet roll holder is in an awkward place. The shower pressure was amazing. Fabulous using the heat pump on the cold...

"The hotel location is fine, but anywhere in Christchurch city will be close to everything there. I stayed in a 'club room' which was very ordinary and in need of some improvement. Worst of all was the club lounge - terrible location and atmosphere, and a complete waste of money unless you're there only for the free evening drinks. The evening canapes were so ordinary and almost exactly the same every evening. The club floor breakfast was ridiculous - cereal, dried fruit, salami, cold ham and...

"Spacious"

"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."

"Very small room ! Bathroom is a tardist within the room, not much privacy ie showering or using the toilet. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Shame the room felt like a prison cell, the hotel was in a great location."

"we had great experience in Novotel. reception desk is very helpfull and give great advice on what to do and where to go around the area. place is clean, bed is comfy and we we're given room with good view upon check in"

"Clean, location is good and the Staff is helpful. The only downside was that there's no aircon in the room but when asked they provided us with a small electric fan."

"Due to my time of arrival, I collected the key the day before which was really good but, there was no milk in the fridge when I arrived late at night. The staff were very good when Expedia mucked up my booking then charged double to change the date ! Would not use Expedia ever again"
