"At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. "Great hotel, was under renovation, but our room was excellent. The only downside was the younger adults who decided to have a party in the car park outside until 3 am in the morning! But the staff did their very best to move them on. It is a public car park for the bowling across the road. Generally, the restaurant in the hotel is better than that across the road. Quieter, and the food was very good. The pool was great for the children."
