"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."

"Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay and a bit difficult to serve ourselves in the narrow buffet line with many people. The setup did not flow one direction or the other, so people were bumping into each other, moving back and forth to gather what we needed, use the toaster, etc…"
