"My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. "When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. "

"We checked into our room late in the evening from traveling. When we got to the floor, it was thick with the smell of marijuana. We gave it the benefit of thinking maybe the room would be fine, but honestly it was worse. There was no way we could stay in that room, so we all went back down to the front desk, where the guy was apologetic, but there were no more rooms. "

"Thanks to rewards $$ thru Expedia we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable. Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be...

"Room very run down, floor buckling black mold on walls, light would not turn off, broken/shattered putter window no screen to open the window to help with foul odor in room. Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia."

"They were remodeling so there was dust everywhere. It looked like the ice machine hadn’t been cleaned in years. At breakfast the juice machine was broken and the only drink option was coffee. Or hot water. Not bottled water. No milk. No other option than coffee. Not even tea for the hot water. When I asked for a bottle of water the breakfast attendant didn’t speak English and the front desk said it would be an additional charge. The room was clean though and the shower was hot. "

"When we returned to our room for the night there was an awful sewer gas smell in the room. I asked the desk they did not know of any issues. They did offer another room but it was midnight and did not feel like packing up and moving. I turned off the AC closed the bathroom door and left the blower running. The room got better but the bathroom did not. Other than that the facility was fine and convenient "
