"Right after we checked in a maintenance person walked right into our room without knocking, to replace the smoke detector. On our second day, we couldn’t get into our room because the person who checked us in programmed the keys for one night only. The cleaning staff took our towels and didn’t leave fresh ones. We called the front desk for towels and they told us to find a housekeeping staff member and ask for more or to come to the front desk to get some. Breakfast was waffles, pastries and cereals, no protein. The pool was a great temperature but it definitely has some miles on it, the paint is missing from it in multiple places."
