"Yes staff was professional and the room clean but the only thing missing no continental breakfast no coffee or working laundry machine which was broke so that’s why I’ll give them 3 stars over all Thank you best regards "

"The room was filthy. The floor was covered in some kind of black soot mixed with lots of pet hair or some kind of hair. I took a video and showed the person at the front desk. I asked for a full refund. "

"My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. "It was just an overnight but the hotel was a good choice. First stop on our 2 week trip that served fresh cut fruit as a breakfast choice. The hotel was 15 minutes from the German Village area of Columbus where we had dinner. There were quite a few food choices in the hotel area. The hotel is on an access road near the highway. Depending on the time of day, getting out of the access road can be difficult."

"They were remodeling so there was dust everywhere. It looked like the ice machine hadn’t been cleaned in years. At breakfast the juice machine was broken and the only drink option was coffee. Or hot water. Not bottled water. No milk. No other option than coffee. Not even tea for the hot water. When I asked for a bottle of water the breakfast attendant didn’t speak English and the front desk said it would be an additional charge. The room was clean though and the shower was hot. "
