Hotel murah di Eastside

"Miss booked for the wrong week, via app and showed up a week early. Books on site still stayed, for the same days. Management was supper hard next to impossible to get too. Expedia was willing to refund but hotel never answered to issie a refund"

"Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail."

"Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare."

"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"Clean room, some staff were very good, others not so much. Breakfast was standard and kitchen staff did their best to keep things stocked and available."

"Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules."

"After walking all the way to the gym and not being able to access it, I went to the desk and was told I needed a different key. That may be something that should be covered at check in. And when sitting in the lobby, enjoying the view or fireplace, the front desk staff may want to consider talking more quietly among themselves as the sound really travels throughout the space. "We had just a one night stay in a suite with our 3 cats and son. It was a nice room with plenty of space and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were welcoming. "
