"The Disney shuttle was the outstanding feature of this property, the staff were very nice. There restaurant hours are suited to the corporated budget not the customer. The Deli was a nice feature also."

"The resort isn’t as nice as the pictures led to show. When we got to our room there were no trash bags at all. We ordered food at the pool and the forgot to put the order in , so we never got our food. The ice machine wasn’t on our floor, only on even number floors, the service and hospitality was decent, but nothing I’d rave about. Overall it’s an ok hotel , but I wouldn’t be spending my money on staying again."

"Pool bathroom was dirty, toilets didn't flush. 2 of the water features were not working. Floors in breakfast area were sticky. The microwave in our room almost fell off the shelf and I was shocked when unplugging my hairdryer."

"Rooms are very clean, but there is a smell that is very noticeable. The beds are very hard and the wall mounted ac is not suit to keep the room cooled. I would not stay here again "

"Don’t expect much. It’s a secluded location so there is a decent level of privacy, which may be the only noticeable value here. The pool was open, but the food/beverage area was closed at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No waitstaff either. The restaurant they claim to have is pretty much just an event space. No bar. Limited food menu. Tough when you’re not walkable to any other restaurants. "

"If a Motel 6 can go downhill, this one has reached the bottom. I’ve stayed here multiple times because it was cheap, but never again. Keeps getting worse. It’s no cheaper than surrounding hotels and they added a nearly $30/night parking fee. Staff told me the reason the wifi didn’t work in my room is because the internet service just isn’t very good and doesn’t work on most of the property. Hot tub was closed because water looked filthy, but pool was still open. They seemed to replace available pool towels every 3 days or so, so they were out the entire time. Toilet paper holder was dangerously broken and mostly just a shard of rusty metal. Had to wash your hands in the tub because water basically didn’t come out of the faucet in the sink. TV remote was broken and would randomly turn the volume up and down and change channels. Both afternoons we were there, someone was mucking out filthy garbage cans in the main courtyard right next to the pool. One evening I was in the seating area around midnight and an employee (at least I hope he was an employee) came out and stood 6 feet from me with his arms crossed staring. When I awkwardly asked “how’s your night going?” He said “yep” then paused for like 10 seconds and added “Remember, I’m observing everything.” He continued to stand and stare until I got up and walked away. Don’t ruin your vacation by staying here. It’s absolutely terrible."
