"We stayed in room 101 at the Econo Lodge April 16-19. The ice machine was not working. Staff said it had been down for a while & they didn’t know when it would be fixed. We had to get ice at the 7/11 across the street. The fan in the AC unit (which was on low) was so loud we couldn’t sleep & had to turn it off. "The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"It looks like a hotel that was high end way back in the day, but its strughling to hang on. I had to get my own hand soap etc.at the front desk. I booked 2 queen beds but was put in a king room. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Im glad my teenager was ok to share. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors and it was just barely working. Not a lot of explanations or information from staff eg: you have to swipe your room key when you press your floor button or the elevator will just go...

"Room was not as advertised. 2 Bedroom Suite is just 2 spaces with no doors. There was no privacy within the "suite", there was stains on the curtains. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. The room was not worth $550. The staff was nice, although I didn't get to speak with a manager."
