Hotel dekat Song Hill Winery

"Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace"

"The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with."

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

"We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again."

"-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

"Good stay"

"Great place for the money and close to nice restaurants and bars. Very decent breakfast. Everything was great except for the front desk person who couldn't figure out that I reserved and fully paid for 2 rooms. Other couple was charged too, the obvious service dogs were ignored and then added as pets charge to the other room. Everything was sorted out but the inconvenience was totally unnecessary"

"Great deal for the price."

"The property and rooms are absolutely stunning, think upscale, boutique Nantucket vibes with pockets of ‘old money’ feels. Everything was clean, the lobby and each ‘cabin’ smells phenomenal. The kind of trip you take and think, ‘wow I need to work harder so I can come to places like this more often’. Highly recommend renting their free bikes and biking down the street to their quaint ‘downtown area’, check out Patty’s place for an at home/diner style breakfast. Perfect quiet location just 30...

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Staff was amazing. Loved my stay."

"Beautiful inside the hotel and the outside grounds! Spa was gorgeous and relaxing! Scenery was amazing and ambience was peaceful! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended and will be coming again!"

"Beautiful lakefront hotel, within 25 minute walk along the lake to get to downtown Canandaigua's shops and restaurants. Close walking distance to Kershaw Koffee. Clean, safe and to comfortable hotel."
