"Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight.
Met a lot of nice people during our stay.
The welcoming scotch was fantastic.
We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc."

"I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out."

"Good news, they welcome pets and only charge $20 per. Bad news, the room REEKED of cat urine. I wouldn’t think of sitting on the sofa. It did not look clean and probably was the source of the smell.. The bed was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was in pretty good shape.
