"Location in Pasadena was great. Parking is a struggle. If you go out to dinner, you are unlikely to find a spot easily. Biggest dissatisfaction was the quality of the breakfast. Egg and sausage biscuits were horrible. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs. Second was the noise factor. Was on 2nd floor and you could hear guests above all night - almost no noise insulation between floors."

"Had a pool view room set up for the stay, we were put on the third floor where it was the pool that had a view to our room. We asked for a room clean for one of the days but they were unable to due to being short staffed. The housekeeper in the hallway was very nice and helped me get new towels though. They wont automatically clean your room, you will have to call the front desk to schedule a clean. The walls are very thin, sleep was not the best since the next door neighbors liked to shower at 3am, also our room was infront of the elevators which was high traffic and high noise. The property is really nice and clean and new."

"We have stayed at this Marriott many times. The area of Pasadena was once flourishing , but now sadly it has started to look run down. Many restaurants and stores have left this area. It’s too bad."

"A wonderful stay. The property has been upgraded, which makes a big difference. Showers and flooring has improved since the last time I stayed here a few years ago. The building was rundown a few years ago, so I went to the place across the street. That motel is going down hill, so I decided to return to Rodeway at almost the same price. Worth it. Will be back."

"My particular room I could hear other people's conversations through the thin walls. The bathroom needs to be refurnished with a new toilet, tub, and flooring. Better floor cleaning is also recommended. The bed was extremely lumpy. Air conditioner would work sometimes. I did appreciate the hot water, clean marble sink, and good TV reception. "
