From the very kind and helpful staff, to the delicious food at all the venues (Tap Room, Terrace and Royce), this was the perfect place to come home to after touring LA. The grounds are gorgeous, spacious and beautifully kept. The rooms were spacious, with banquettes and views of the grounds. I will definitely be back."

I didn’t realize the extent of the issues until the second day, but once I did, it was impossible to ignore. * The Room & Bed: The bed was incredibly old and honestly disgusting. I’ve taken photos of the condition because it was that bad. * The Noise Dispensary next door: If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. There is a dispensary next door, and the hotel parking lot was used as a hangout all night long. Between the people and car alarms going off constantly, it was impossible to get any rest. * The Emergency Alarm: To make matters worse, an "emergency water" alarm went off on Saturday morning around 6am and just kept ringing. It woke up the entire floor and stayed on for hours period. * There's no one on duty at night to solve issue I am extremely disappointed. This was not a professional lodging environment, and I would not recommend staying here until they address their security, maintenance, and noise control issues. "
