Everybody I met during my stay including the staff were just solid.
The rooms are beautiful and well appointed.
Cannot say enough about this place.
Apparently the sea turtles Like the Property because there were three active nests in front during my stay.

"We had an oceanfront room. Very roomy and easy access to the beach. Both pools were nice one was shaded in the afternoon. Property was well kept and very clean, we were actually surprised. Not crowed at all. Very walkable to many restaurants and stores (Dunkin 3blocks-pier and restaurant 2blocks-Publix-4 blocks)"

"It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them.
I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury.

"This was true old florida! What a remarkable stay with a treasureful of sweet surprises in how attentive and calming this resort is. I am so pleased that I have found this wonderful hide-a-way and will absolutely return.
It is not your usual place but if you value authenticity and charm then this would be the place for you.
