"We liked the cleanliness of the property, the cleaning staff, and some of the front desk staff - Jaskiran and Ibrahim were very nice and courtious. Some of the staff need major customer service training. There is no customer contact and not even a hello when customer walk-in. In fact, they put their head down and ignore you. I tried to make conversation with one of the overnight staff, a African man, and he said to me "what do you want". Some people should not be in the customer service...

"Stayed one night to catch an early flight. The front desk staff who checked me in the afternoon was ok i guess; maybe he was tired. When i asked about the shuttle during my check in, he pointed to a sign on the counter. Granted this shuttle services 2 hotels. I had to try to figure out the arrival times by hotel. "Maybe it's common knowledge that "residence and conference centre" means unoccupied college dorms rented out as minimal hotel rooms, but we didn't know and the listing didn't make it clear. It was not an aparthotel in the sense of being a converted apartment building.
My spouse and I checked in to find the room was a small dorm suite with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchenette. Fine for the price.
