"The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM"

"Owners were very accommodating and gave us tickets to get into the private beach nearby which was a perk I didn't know about. I had small issues with the TV remote and toilet and told the owner about them. He was very attentive to meeting my needs. We did not get room service but that's okay we didn't need it."

"Sadly this was not the experience we hoped for & expectations were already low going into the stay as we knew this was not a 4 or 5 star accommodation. When we arrived on Tuesday afternoon there was no valet or bell desk, one person working the check in & the line was 20 people deep. Lots of “managers” walking around saying “thank you for your patience”. It would have been more helpful if they jumped behind the desk & actually did something to speed up the process. Hotel was out of soap in all...
