"The stay met the bare minimum, no bedbugs (in our room at least). The staff looked miserable. Otherwise, the room was filthy with stains all over the comforters, food splatters on the wall, and a general layer of grime on everything. The place has not been updated since probably the 80s and the carpet was loose in many areas, causing was a tripping hazard. The toilet took a full 10 seconds to flush, and the “coffee pot” was directly next to the toilet. I would definitely never stay here again if...

"Staff very helpful, by phone in advance and in person upon arrival. Bar and restaurant were nice with several food options, lobby is clean and updated. Room was clean and basically updated. My only complaint was a small area of wallpaper peeling from a section of wall in bathroom. The shuttle to airport was on time and while we were only there for a short one night stay, I would recommend and use again for an early morning flight."

"We had booked this hotel after staying at the Hyatt Detroit Royal Oak. Wrong decision… the website showed a bar, the eatery restaurant, and a pool. We arrived in the evening and planned on just eating at the hotel. I asked about the bar at check-in, they said the bar is closed (no license), we asked about the restaurant, was told it’s only breakfast.
