"I loved the location, the cleanliness and how good I felt being there. Thank you"

"The property was nice , I only interacted with the front desk lady , which was fine . But the reason I chose your hotel as compared to a competitor , was because of the 'free continental breakfast' . OMG , how poor was that . Some scrambled eggs and sausage , and NO coffee , WTH ? Plus the bread that I toasted was MOLDY , UGH !"

"I was in the area getting my parents settled into assisted living. I have my phone log that I called the front desk at 10:09am before checkout to request a late check out. It is verified in my cell phone log the Hampton Inn address and phone number I was staying at here was correct (meaning I didn't accidentally call another Hampton or headquarters). "Pleasant staff in dated hotel. The room was clean, but the bathroom had cracked tiles. Nice touch at check-in with bottled water and an ice cream sandwich."

"It was terrible, dirty, hair everywhere, dirty flowers"

"The door lock on our door was broke. We got a new room and that one was very musky smelling."
