"Great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and friendly."

"The staff were really nice especially Louisa during the breakfast."

"Lovely hotel in a historic converted building. Quiet luxury. Abigail in the spa does a wonderful lymphatic massage. Scones in the bar are a must."

"I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. "I found the location was ideal near Grand Central Station. Every member of staff was cheerful and helpful. My room was immaculately clean with comfortable bedding and a great shower. The bar menu was very good value and as a solo traveller I was very comfortable dining alone there. The breakfast buffet was self service with very good choices of hot and continental style. I would go back to this property if visiting again. Overall excellent value."

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...
