"Beautiful clean and quiet hotel to stay if you are visiting Chicago. I stayed in this hotel and visited downtown which was 30 min away."

"Very nice room with comfortable bed, sitting area and ample room for storage. Bathroom amenities were great but shower pressure could have been a bit stronger. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with a quick check in and out. Pool and fitness center were a plus. Our coffee pot in the room wasn't working but the free breakfast and coffee in the lobby made up for that."

"Clean beautiful hotel, comfortable, attractive room, pleasant front desk staff. NO ROOM SERVICE? What the heck? The one hotel restaurant is only so-so. There are two bars but I only tried the Visibility Bar, which was where I found food. Mind you, it was pouring rain outside, with a possible tornado watch, so no trips out to get food and I wasn’t going to make some poor person deliver in that weather. This hotel advertises their conference center but with limited food service how do they manage...

"It was a disappointment from the picture and rating. It seemed seedy and was dark and gloomy and run down. Also when we were leaving around 2am the police were on the property putting a woman and her belongings in their patrol car."

"I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed to accommodate 3 people i had confirmed several time with staff prior to booking that that's what I would have. Upon checking in and confirming at the desk It would be 2 queen's and a pullout I got to the room where there was only 2 queen beds no pullout. Called the lobby showed them calls with her and other staff from the hotel of them stating I would have the 3rd bed. The accommodated nothing it was honestly a really bad experience with...

"This property is right by the airport making it very convenient. It is clean with spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding . We missed the free breakfast time but they were so nice and turned the pancake machine back on and made sure we got everything that we asked for😊Also practically in the same parking lot is a McDonald’s a Popeyes and another Italian fast food. This hotel is in an ideal location. I would recommend it …and the price is very reasonable."
