Texts about room experience from manager was a nice touch!! Overall nice hotel going through minor renovations, but still great stay!! Great room!!"

"The hotel smells awful. We walked in and the lobby was dirty. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional and not friendly at all. The agent Jasmine had the worst attitude and not pleasant. The room had stains on their couch and then housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They didn’t offer to switch rooms when I complained about the room not being cleaned- instead Jasmine said she can give us new sheets but we had to make our on bed. "

"Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event....

"The check-in staff was friendly but found out at checkout that they had billed me incorrectly. It was corrected. The property and room condition were average. Showed considerable wear. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s little things that make guests feel welcome. For example, the bedside clock was not set correctly and was hours off. The date and time on the tv were never set so you could not access the program guide. The property location was convenient to the interstate but consequently...

"Overall stay was good. There was no iron in the room but there was an ironing board. Towels were limited. There could have been juices for breakfast but only tea and coffee. Staff was friendly. There was no gym that i could see. There were people standing and sitting in the parking lot that gave off a uncomfortable look. "

"Location, amenities, breakfast, and parking were all Hampton Inn standards. House keeping was horrible. Stayed 4 nights and they never once came in our room. Front desk couldn’t tell me why. I did not used the do not disturb… we were out of the room every morning by 8am."

"Renovations were taking place which was evident on walls and hallways. One elevator was very slow and other one was not working. Had to change rooms after seeing it: dirty carpet and tub, broken toilet bowl that they had tried to cement together. Not a horrible stay but not great either. Beautiful area but will not stay here again. "

"We have stayed here several times on our way to and from florida. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. There is a great Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot. And there is a Culver's just around the corner. Also situated so you do not have to go back out onto the main highways. "
