"Lobby and receptionist were 5 star. Our requested room-king non smoking, the keypad batteries were dead. We were put in a smoking room. Ugh. Would have loved to see crisp clean sheets and pillow cases but wasn’t sure if bedding had been changed from previous guest. Spilled a little water on the floor and the paper towel came up dirty. "No fresh towels for the second day"

"This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!!"

"Room was clean, but laminate flooring was coming up from water damage. Rooms need maintained better - wall damage, ceiling stains, and lamp chargers didn’t work. Breakfast was bare minimum."

"The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. "

"We met a wonderful woman named Estel who works at the Comfort Inn. She was is so loving and kind and made our whole trip with her grace. What a wonderful asset to the establishment! Don't ever lose this one! Thank you Estel! We love you forever!"

"I was very pleased with my Stay there. Everything was set up good to go."

"The rooms were very new and modern despite what the motel looks like on the outside. I only gave 4 stars because there was no hair dryer and no coffee maker and coffee in the room. That was an error on my part. I didn’t read the description very well. We stayed there because we were going to a wedding close by and it was convenient. I would stay there again if needed and I’ll bring my own hairdryer and coffee stuff next time. Thank goodness Walmart was not far down the road!"
