"my room was super nice, recently remodeled and it was very roomy. The hallways and other parts could used some updating as well' My biggest complaint is no elevators. The elevators were damaged from the flooding that TOOK PLACE in MARCH!!! Over 3 months ago! There is no reason this shouldn't be fixed. I was on the top floor and it was a pain in the a$$. Not too mention, this should be on the website as some ppl might not even be ablt to use stairs. GET the ELEVATOR FIXED"

"The room was clean , beds comfortable slept great. The AC was wonderful in room .The pool needs some repairs, but usable. Lightning was poor, pool tiles in areas need replaced. The pool ladder was broken"

"Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied."

"Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."
