"I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

"We had to switch rooms because the ceiling vent in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling and fell while we were out of our room. There was hair clogged in the drain. "The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it. The location was excellent, close to Millennium Park, the River, and right on the Miracle Mile. We personally had a good view, but did see that some of the other rooms looked...

"We had very high expectations but honestly was a very terrible experience overall. Our first room was dirty, no water pressure and the shower handle was about to fall off. We informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. We left for a few hours and came back to the front desk and they had no knowledge of what we were talking about when we asked if it was able to get fixed.
