"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to...

"I wish they had more in room amenities such as coffee, ice and iron. That being said anything you needed the staff was readily available and happy to help. It was extremely close to where I wanted to visit and everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. I’ll definitely be staying here when I visit again next year."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had been redone at some point and was nice. There was a slight problem with our room before we got there, but the staff had it all worked out before we arrived. It was also right on the bus route which was convenient."

"Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is incredibly beautiful and was exactly as advertised when I first viewed their website a couple months ago when I booked. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were very helpful and helped us out with finding our way around and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was really good, especially the Eggs Royale (Scottish smoked salmon, yummy!). The only suggestion I’d have is to have a 2nd person helping out in the morning to help out with the breakfast crowd."
