"I had a very nice stay at the Open Arms Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was first class with a view over the village green and very comfortable. The lounge area with the open fire is lovely and relaxing being able to have a pre- dinner drink and review the menu. It was a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning again in the very near future."

"The Dakota was a great location for us because we were golfing and it is a quick exit out of town. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. It is located near very near a bus stop for a 45 min ride into Inverness to save on parking and right down the hill is Old Town where we ate dinner several nights, great restaurants. The rooms were pretty small for six nights and golf clubs, beds were pretty firms and the gym was tiny. It would be better for shorter stays but we enjoyed our time...

"I have stayed in many hotels and this one was the worst I have come across...it felt like a 2 star motel. The room wasn't clean, dirty sofa, beds and we found a contact from a previous guest in the bathroom. The shower and the sink didn't drain and standing in dirty shower water while you showered is not acceptable. The shower sprayer everywhere and the floor was soaked. The toilet didn't flush.
