"Our apartment had the most amazing views (flat 6 at no 4 Hanover st ) and was incredibly spacious and clean. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised we would be on the top floor with no lift and have learned to perhaps check better before booking as my husband had difficulty with stairs. Fortunately the flat was so good it made up for the difficulties. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This was the second year I stayed at the Iona Street accomodations for my visit to the Fringe, and I am just as pleased as I was last year. The staff is friendly and helpful, cleaners are attentive and thorough, and I enjoy having a kitchenette to keep dining costs down. Access to public transport is convenient, and walking to or from the Fringe is only 30 mins (take Easter St for a prettier route). "We loved having an entire apartment to ourselves for the duration of our stay in Scotland! It was near a lot of great restaurant/food options, and just a short walk to the train station and a tram stop. It was a little outside of the heart of Edinburgh, so it was much quieter than it would have been if it had been more central, but we liked that! We didn’t realize we had booked a lower-level (basement) apartment, and I would not do that again. It was pretty dark and damp, which we weren’t fans...

"Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again."

"We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm."

"Excellent, quiet, and spacious room, perfectly located if you want to check out downtown, princess street, the royal mile and Edinburgh castle, sound proof windowed, right next to the train station and airport shuttle, next to tons of restraunts and easy access to public transport, great laundry machines, clean room and amenities, big shower, would stay here again if visiting Edinburgh for a quick trip. "Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice. Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge. It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas."
