"Very nice, luxury apartment. Well appointed. Very comfortable and great location. There was water/milk/soda in fridge and yummy cookies. We enjoyed being able to make coffee and tea in our room. A little confusion with how to control some of the lights. You communicate via iPad, which they answered promptly, but there is nobody on site in the evening/overnight, So if you need something and it isn’t addressed on the iPad you have to wait till next day. "

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"The Staff went above and beyond helpful. I arrived early and the manager Abs went out of his way to get breakfast for me after the kitchen closed and had my room ready hours before check-in. "Amazing spot right near the castle. We loved everything about this apartment. The only downside was doing a load of washing as the washer dryer goes for about 5 hours so we had to take wet clothes to our next destination. I’d suggest to the owner buying a dryer on its own. Apart from that it was perfect"

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Nice. Cozy. One bedroom apartmant. Kitchen was supplied with utensils, glasses, cups, plates, fridge, microwave ....but no stove?! Full size washer and dryer were in each apartmant which was very convenient. Staff was friendly, and professional. Good location - walking distance to all of the attractions."

"Location was excellent. Within walking distance of most attractions. Close to Edinburgh castle and Victoria street, grassmarket and the Royal mile. Very walkable."
