Great location and comfortable room with small kitchen and cooking supplies for preparing meals. Conveniently located near to the train station ( EDB ), about 8-9 minutes walk and right on the Royal mile. Groceries, coffee shops and restaurants are readily available nearby. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent centrally located Aparthotel on the Royal Mile but far enough away from the main tourist attractions. Everything is within walking distance but does include steps and hills! Comfortable rooms, with great amenities, comfortable beds and pillows and good size bathroom.

Hotel is on the Royal Mile and close to shopping, restaurants, and many historical sites. Rooms were clean and offered everything we needed. Fold-away bed makes sense to transform the room during the day but it wasn't comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional. Abi went above and beyond when we contacted the site about a lost item.

Great location, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were issues with the hot water. Customer service was good. We only stayed two nights and spent most of our time out exploring, so it wasn’t a huge deal. The small kitchen is cute and the beds are okay.

Location is great. It is walking distance to everything you would want to see. We were not informed which day we would have a room cleaning, or even if we would. Some communication would have been appreciated as they removed items that they assumed were garbage but we had wanted to keep. Scotland meals are expensive everywhere, but with us staying for 8 days, we felt the cost for breakfast was a wee bit high for the breakfast they served. Perhaps include it in the cost of the room instead..preferably at a lower rate. Overall though, the facilities were clean, lovely old stone building and close to the Royal Mile which is what we wanted.

Room was pretty clean upon arrival! The shower had a weird smell but it ended up going away after a day or so. Staff were very friendly! Good water pressure. Beds were super comfy as well.
