The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to everything in old town and a short walk to the train station. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with several windows. I think it’s best to be on one of the higher floors facing the street. Worth the extra cost. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby and a nice breakfast for an extra cost. We would stay here again.

Friendliest staff you can ask for! Convenient location. Modern design and accommodations. Please note that hotel does NOT have parking on site. Does however have food and bev options in the lobby. Location is literally steps away from Royal mile and Victoria street. Has shopping and cafes nearby.

This was our second stay at a Motel One . Earlier in our trip, we stayed at Motel One Princes Street. This facility was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The availability of breakfast was very convenient and I loved the breakfast. The location was great with easy access to the train station and easy but hilly walking to shops and the Royal Mile. Would stay again.

Really great hotel in prime location! So quaint! The only downside is the room was so hot and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat for the heat so I had to open the window and run the fan. Other than that, good stay!
