We were in Scotland for 3 weeks and this apartment was the best place we stayed! It has everything you need and was very reasonably quiet considering the noise from the street. It was super close to all the sites and to the castle and the grass market. You absolutely could not go wrong there. Wonderful restaurants all around hop on hop off buses!! Amazing sweet adorable place. I would definitely go there again!!

Very nice apt in a great location. An entrance you could miss but labeled. The only challenge was the luggage closet on the third floor (no elevator.). They were nice about letting us leave some very suitcases in the hallway for the day.

Everything was wonderful. The stairs were a bit difficult. If y’all had some kind of pully to get luggage to the top between the stairwail would be a good place for a lyfy even while we were there someone fell down the stairs and hurt herself. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

This was a well appointed one bedroom (#5) facing George IV Bridge road. The property is well maintained and the apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked well. The kitchen was very nice and the nespresso with milk foamer was very much appreciated. On the downside the bedroom is very small, just big enough for the bed, side tables and closet, with no possibility of opening or keeping our bags there. We ended up using the living area for that. The bathroom is very large. The apartment is only on the second floor but the floors are probably 15 feet high! So your legs will get a good workout. The biggest downside is that the street is a very busy one. There is a fair amount of traffic noise and people (especially students from the nearby university) drinking and making noise in the street, often until 2 or 3 am. Fortunately we were so tired from our long days we were able to fall asleep anyways. Would we rent here again? Yes, but not if we wanted to relax in peace in the evenings.

This is definitely a queen bed. Very close to Royal Mile and Harry Potter attractions. Overall a nice place. Shower floor is very slick when wet.

Self contained apartment that provided a home away from home. Apartment was clean with ameneties as described. Location was also great, in the heart of the old city - just a short walk from the castle and with lots of great cafes and resteraunts around.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Teile der Einrichtung sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem der Teppichboden) und insgesamt war es nicht ausreichend sauber (viele schwarze Haare, unter dem Sofa Essensreste von einem vorherigen Gast, ungespültes Besteck in der Spülmaschine). Wir hatten für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind gebucht und bekamen nur 1 Duschhandtuch. Auch war das bestellte Babybett bei Ankunft nicht da und wurde nur nach sehr häufigen Nachfragen 1 Stunde nach der Bettgehzeit unseres Kindes gebracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider schwierig. Insgesamt war das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.
