Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel so that tells you all you need to know about the comfort of the bed. Bathroom & shower very clean & well sized too. Overall a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. Our favorite hotel in all of Europe. Love the sustainability initiatives. Such friendly staff. Perfect location in surgeons ward close to everything. Food was delicious. We will be back.

Location was great for old town and the royal mile. Everything was within 1 mile walk. Staff was fabulous, breakfast had a great variety and good food. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Great location, close to downtown, royal mile, train station and close enough to the airport for an easy taxi. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us, which we greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. The entire property is quite nice and spacious. All staff members we interacted with were kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors have transparent cut-outs, removing much privacy between the toilet and the rest of the room. It's an odd design choice and was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I have no issues and would gladly stay here again. Many thanks to the staff for their helpful assistance.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and main attractions. We enjoyed the hotel bar each night. I would definitely stay there again.
