Bath was not cleaned properly when arrived with rust and mould on it. One of the towels was dirty. Swimming pool is not opened during the time, which is shown on site and closed 1 hour earlier, sauna swithed off 2 hours earlier, than should be. Girls in spa are not friendly at all. Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by The Unlimited Collection
Room was clean and well presented, however there was mould noted around the window area which was disappointing for a recently redecorated room. Hotel was clean and tidy on entering and staff were welcoming. Would come back for another visit as it is positioned in a great location for Edinburgh.
