"I was really disappointed with this hotel. For the price point, I expected way more. The check in process was through a kiosk in the lobby. Seemed pretty straight forward. I asked the hotel staff on how I could get access to my room and the person was very stand offish and rude. She stomped over to the cupboard and threw 2 key cards down and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. I wish I got her name but I know she works in the day time. "The Tiger Lilly was fun, and lively. The staff was helpful in all areas: food, and guest services. The Saturday boozy brunch had a DJ with a great vibe. Even with music you couldn’t hear in your room. Room was clean quiet, dark with sleep in curtains, AC worked well. Room very comfortable"

I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). "Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...
