"When we made the reservation in April for July we requested a view, high floor, away from elevator and two extra pillows. We got floor 11 of 14 so pretty good. No view-looking across to other room, no extra pillows, elevator behind king room wall. A/c was horrible, 1st room of suite was 74 degree and rattle noise all the time,,king room was 79. We had an infrared temp taker. Called without results. Tub had 2 inches of standing water by end of shower. Bell hops were awesome, very accommodating...

"Great bar and restaurant. The rest was bad. Musty rooms with mold. Ac was useless. Showers smelled funny. Stay away unless ur looking for a step above a budget motel with an awesome bar and lobby. Best bar and bartenders in the city IMO"
