Highly attentive and friendly staff and convenient location to downtown. Rooms are spacious and linens are clean and of solid quality. Main downsides are bizarre bathroom design and old air conditioning controls but both still were perfectly usable.

The staff was so helpful. We were there for a concert at the commonwealth stadium and it was very convenient to take the train right from our hotel. We were able to park our vehicle safely on the hotel property.

The room was fantastic, really clean and renovated. The hotel itself is being transformed to another hotel chain so there was a ton of boxes everywhere made things look small and cluttered. The elevators were super small. Parking was limited but available if you got there early. overall, it was a good stay for the one night we were there.

What a great staff help was very absolutely fantastic from the moment we drove on the property. The parking was excellent. We were travelling for my daughter’s swimming provincials. It was very close to where we had to be. The room was very clean and the bathroom had just been redone. The room we got was a great size two thumb’s up. I would stay there again just for how great the staff was.
