The beds are not comfortable. Sink into the middle. The pillows are too high, having flatter pillow options would be nice. Property was hard to navigate. Overall okay stay, I wouldn't book there again.

This place is disgusting. The rooms and surrounding area. Rooms are very out dated, some have updated showers and that is what they call renovated. Stains on beds. We reserved a few rooms due to a large group. 2 rooms had dirty beds. All looms outdated and stinky. Loud with worker and teenagers staying there and coming and going late at night. Teenagers loud outside

We had to move our room around due to setting up a play yard for our child. We moved the night table and a bunch of old food from previous guests was found. It was an easy move of the end table, which clearly just showed how the rooms are easily skimmed over during cleaning. There was also a big loud party just steps away from our room. Although we were impressed with not hearing the sound from the party, we were left hearing running from children and loud party guests all throughout the night. Just a note when booking where your rooms are.

I thought the property was very run down. They have a pool atrium that could be lit up and taken care with lights and more plants that would be beautiful but instead use it as a storage area for boxes of supplies and old carpeting. It's unfortunate. There is also only stairs for the pool side hotel for 3 floors which makes it impossible for luggage. Make note no complimentary brkfast but says there is when booking. The best part of my stay was the guest services manager Junard Gadong. He is the most pleasant, accommdating person I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is always happily greeting you, asking if u need anything and wanting to help in any way.He quickly changed my room for me which was the wrong room and proceeded to carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs and also down when I left. Offered to call a taxi for me. He is just a authentic great person. The hotel is lucky to have him. I give him 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Close to West Ed, but arrived at property with handfuls of bags to find out there was no elevator. Courtyard is cute but was closed when we got there. Parking and entrance confusing. Beds filthy and covered in hair. For $180 this is criminal.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked for 4 nights stay but i only stayed here for 1 day and choose another hotel. Theres no lift on the property so if you have heavy luggage, its very unaccesible. And one more thing they even charged me more without informing me when i checked in. And when i checked out ,the staff told me its different price from the expedia and theres a problem on it. Can you imagine they charged you 200 bucks for a hotel without lift. I choose this hotel because I thought they are the same in Sandman Calgary. It was really terrible experience. and i will not recommend it to anyone

It's completely understandable that the lack of a lift and unexplained charges would greatly impact your experience and make it frustrating. However, we only charged for 1 night at the same rate you originally booked for and hotel has additional Tower building which does have higher floor rooms along with Lift. Not too many ways to set up a deposit on the room as they need to scan a card so internet credit card does not work even though that is how the room was paid, overall a frustrating book in process

Needs renovations. Our room had dirty walls, curtains, and we were cautious not to touch a thing. Furniture outdated. Two people checked in and one robe available. Things were missing and we just didn't have time to spend with front desk chasing the necessities. Finding the pool was an absolute hassle. It's a labyrinth and there's only 1 sign which doesn't take you straight to the pool.

To be honest at first I was afraid it might not be clean due to review I saw, but it's actually very clean. It's near establishment and WEM - what I don't like is it's too loud in the morning (I think there was a biker outside) and also before night time because there were a group of soccer team/kids running in the hallway. Easy parking - there's a lot of parking. I was thinking to swim but because there's a lot of people in the pool I just think twice but the pool place looks relaxing. Staff is nice. I would definitely be back here again.

The courtyard with the poolside room was great for the kids and to have a place to chill once they went to bed. Our new go to hotel when we go to Edmonton for sure.

2 out of our three rooms were not ready until 4:45 when check in is at 4 Also a Very loud hotel… Had a room around the pool and the rooms are Not Sound Proof at all, they also did not have towels at the Pool, people yelling and banging on doors at 12:30 in the morning, had to get security to stop them We as great that our kids could play and be loud, Also got woke up early from a choir singing in the Pool which was beautiful!! But also after not being able to rest, fairly frustrating No

This is a difficult review, the rooms were tiny, the "king" beds were the smallest king beds ive ever seen. I had to change my reservation a day before because i found out the room we had didnt have a bathtub, my wife is handicapped so very important, and 1 of the 2 rooms we got the toilet wasnt working. The area has lots of shopping and food selection, so that was a plus. On the plus side, when i was checking out of our 2 rooms, the guy asked how our stay was, i answered horrible. Before i even had a chance to run down my list of things, he refunded me 1 night per room, dropping my bill in half. So while i wasnt happy with the rooms, he made up for it with no questions asked and was very apologetic. So, all that being said, i would give them another try with a little more knowledge of the rooms NOT to get.
